Today is the second anniversary of my coronary bypass surgery at Lahey
Clinic in Burlington, Massachusetts. I vowed then that I would
take care of myself, meaning regular exercise and appropriate diet.
I also promised myself I would walk to Santiago de Compostela on a personal
pilgrimage in two years. I have done the first two and now I'm packing
to leave for Spain to fulfill the third.
